Mira/SF means Luxury - its penthouses sell for $4.5 M. Our task was to make waves in the luxury market and make this property so desirable for those who could afford d just had to come to see it for themselves.
The building design is its differentiator so we leaned in on that and gave selling a new angle on the lifestyle you could have here at Mira.

The challenge it's smack in the middle of Hudson yards where every building can boast similar qualities - except, we’ve designed our spaces with a keen sense for how they make our guests feel. From every curve to every cushion, each detail is meticulously curated for you to feel your best, so you can bring your best. We were tasked to create a social presence that brought that ethos to life, keeping the luxurious quality that was expected, but also felt approachable, inviting, and open.
