The Cooper Hewitt Design Museum is a beacon of high design and a world-class museum but it has lower foot traffic than other big names. The museum had a new exhibition coming up tittle "Jazz design coming up

Let’s make design irresistible. Make the historic pieces feel not only relatable but desirable. Make people crave design and CHM as the place to go get it.

Cooper Hewitt is unique in the New York museum scene. It sees design as a discipline ranging from ornate jewelry, functional furniture to environmental solutions to our worlds changing landscape.

 

We were hearing from New Yorkers that were confused about what there was to see at a “design museum?”

 

So we took an opportunity to show the breadth of their design interests in the triennial exhibition.
